Agape Family Health (AFH) Mobile Medical Unit is AFH medical unit on wheels providing access to quality health care for men, women and children ages 3 and up with a focus on eliminating barriers to care for underserved children and the importance of reducing health care disparities. The AFH Medical Mobile unit is staffed by a team of experienced health care professionals, with support of community resources for Medical Mobile Unit patients.
We welcome all patients, regardless of ability to pay. If you do not have health insurance, we will work with you to determine your discounted affordable payment. No appointment is necessary. Patients will be seen in the order of arrival.

Agape Family Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed Facility, covered by professional liability insurance through our enrollment in the Federal Tort Claims Acts program. No individual or family will be turned away for inability to pay. We offer a Sliding Discount Program that reduces the cost of care to our uninsured patients based on their income and family size. Patients with insurance may also benefit from this program.
